This project is located in Egypt, the sawdust briquetting line takes wood shavings, waste wood pieces (with the diameter of about 20mm), twigs and branches (with the diameter of below 200mm) as raw materials. Bigger branches will be pulverized through a cutterhead crusher and saw shavings through a hammer mill, and all the feedstock will be sifted either manually or directly. And then raw material from the sifter will flow on the belt conveyer to the inlet of the dryer. Dried material via the cyclone will go to a screw conveyer where heat dissipation and evaporation of raw material proceed, which is a brilliant design of the project. Therefore, it is suggested the screw type conveyer is integrated to this machine. After the steps mentioned above, raw material will be conveyed into briquetting machine groups automatically.
