In the biomass briquetting plant, GCFSD series Wood Crusher/ pulverizer is suitable for preparing sawdust or biomass small grains for briquette press and dryer. It can crush raw wood of size less than 200mm(diameter) into size of 3-5mm(diameter).

The GCFSC hammer mill is a machine whose purpose is to shred material into fine particles. A hammer mill is eassentially a steel drum containing or horizontal cross-shaped rotor on which pivoting hammers are mounted. The hammers are free to swing on the ends of the cross. The rotor is spun at a high speed inside the drum while material is fed into a feed hopper. The material is impacted by the hammers on the ends of the rotating cross and thereby is shredded and explled through screens in the drum.
