1. Overview
The system is composed of quantitative packing electronic scale, hemming machine and conveyor heat-sealing machine. According to our clients’ needs, some other units can be added such as heat-sealing machine, vacuumizer and air-filling system.
The quantitative packing electronic scale includes feeding part, filling part, weighing control meter and electric and air control systems.
The whole system is small, short, airproof, anti-jamming and accurate. It has various functions and stable performance. It is applied to quantitative weighing, filling, compacting and automatically accumulating weight and bags for dusty or small granulated materials in the large, medium or small grain depots and other processing or producing enterprises. It can also be used for stitching, heat-sealing or conveying with manual assistant.
Hemming machine, conveyor, compacting part, flapping part, heat-sealing machine, vacuumizer and air-filling system could be chosen by user according to respective needs. Users should confirm the configuration and function of machines which they purchased.
2. Features of Mechanical Parts of the System
2.1 The feeding part can run in high, common or low speed.
2.1.1 Powder materials will be fed by helix-feeder, helix will be controlled by transducer. The feeding part will run in high, common or low speed. Feeding part with dispersion machine will run 5~15kg/pcs.
2.1.2 Small granulated materials will be flowing-discharged. Flow will be controlled by revolved doors in two or three cylinders. The feeding part will run in high, common or low speed.
2.1.3 Mixed material (powder with granulated materials) or fragile materials will be fed by belt. Flow will be controlled by valve driven by two cylinders. The feeding part will run in high, common or low speed.
2.2 If the system is used for dusty materials, it is equipped with compacting part. The part can control the powder to fly upwards and it works well.
2.3 If the system is used for dusty materials, it is equipped with flapping part. Every time after the automatic flapping, the cylinder of the filling part will not adhere to the materials.
2.4 As feeding small granulated materials, bags would be charged automatically for preserving and disinsection, and pumping vacuum.
2.5 The connector between the feeding part and the filling part is spherical and made of special robber. It is well airproof and easy to change.
2.6 The system is designed to include two suction mouths that can draw out the most powder flied upwards so that the working conditions get improvement.
2.7 The conveyor has guiding device which makes the belt not running to one side and not being caught and torn.
The machine used for small granulated materials is without functions referred in 2.2 & 2.3; and used for powder materials is without functions referred in 2.4, the machine (Type: DCS-10-BFR-MJ) is without functions referred in 2.2 & 2.3.
