YZL-28 Oil Expeller

Model YZL-28 is screw oil expeller. Model YZP-28 is pre-press expeller. They have similar structures but with different purposes. They are large-sized equipment applied in the large and medium-sized oil milling plants.

Our YZL/YZP series oil expellers have obtained the authentication of ISO9001-2000. They are of high quality and worthy of trust. All main parts such as as main axes, press screw, cage bar, gearing parts are made of alloy steel processed by hardening treatment, which can keep the oil press wearable under the condition of long-term high temperature and friction wear.

The YZL/YZP-28 oil expellers can extract oil from various oil-bearing materials, such as soybean, peanut kernel, cotton seeds, coconut, colza seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, corn embryo, palm kernel etc.

YZP-28 is a pre-press expeller. Pre-press is a primitive process before oil extraction. It has bigger press chamber than common screw press. With higher capacity, it can meet the feedstock demand of oil mills.
